Co-ordinating operations between Internal Sales, External Sales and other departments, notably Production, Technical, Transport
•Monitor day to day duties and performance of Sales, Customer Service and Reception staff, assisting with prioritising as necessary
••To review, develop, support and deliver training and development of the Sales Office team
•Develop, and ensure compliance to, all processes, procedures and work instructions relevant to Sales Office and it’s interfaces, including but not limited to compliance with ISO9001

Ensure all quotations are quickly and accurately produced and sent to customers. Ensure all orders are entered accurately and on time to ensure customer requirements are met.

Ensure all incoming calls are answered with minimal delay and customer needs are actioned appropriately. Closely monitor and manage Export projects.

Ensure Export sales function is effective, including quoting, shipping, special requirements
