An opportunity has arisen for a marketing executive to join the business development and marketing department.

Reporting to the marketing manager the role will involve working closely with partners and department heads in the claimant division to drive marketing activity to deliver the firm’s strategy.

The successful candidate will be developing, co-ordinating and delivering customer-focused campaigns across a range of advertising and direct channels to generate new and repeat instructions for the claimant division from private individuals and organisations who can act as referrers, possibly by way of strategic alliances.

The role will be varied will suit a person with strong campaign and marketing experience preferably from a professional services background.

Duties to include:
•Develop, deliver and oversee all marketing programs and campaigns that will support revenue generation and review success.
•Set up response tracking framework on all campaigns, monitor progress and measure the impact via post-campaign analytics which include spend, customer acquisition, associated costs and ROI.
•Secure briefings from internal business units for marketing campaigns, and develop strategic and tactical executions for each campaign for the review and approval of the relevant Commercial Director.
•Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external departments to execute the planned marketing campaigns based on approved briefs and budgets and ensure all house styles are complied with.
•Engage with internal compliance departments for approval on all marketing campaigns, collateral materials and copy.
•Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
•Deliver optimum targeting and ROI for marketing campaigns.
•Work with the Marketing Manager (Claimant Division) and Claimant partners to set objectives and to develop and execute business plans to achieve them.
•Develop appropriate messages and communications to support the business development activity.
•Establish excellent working relationships and personal credibility with divisional heads, partners, other lawyers and support staff across the Claimant Division and the firm in general.
•Work closely with our agency on a day to day basis to deliver integrated campaigns.
•Building programs that marketing lead and support that have SMART objectives and which are monitored - effort in calls, files opened, completed CFAs and converted files – looking to report this on a monthly basis

Person specification & Technical skills/QUALIFICATIONS
·Graduate calibre with relevant academic or vocational qualifications at this level

·Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing campaign design, campaign execution, and post-campaign analytics - both B2B and B2C, across multiple channels including but not limited to:

- Traditional print advertising
- Direct marketing (DM, email, etc.)

·Proven ability to analyse campaign ROI and the impact on market position

·Experience in agency management - advertising agency, PR agency, and digital agency

·Knowledge of sound marketing and communications techniques and skills

·Highly creative and proactive with a proven track record for delivering results

·Strong computer systems literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, database and email marketing packages)

·Strong, effective communication skills, particularly written and verbal communication
