Our client currently have an opportunity for a training co-ordinator to join the training department.

This role will involve providing a first class admin support function to external clients, the training team and firm wide.

Duties to include:
•Manage and maintain the team’s diaries
•Provide first point of contact for all telephone calls into the department
•Book training courses and deal with ancillary matters
•Billing and invoicing internal and external clients
•Produce monthly reports
•Manage the administration of the firm’s self-study procedure

·Update the intranet pages with news items and upcoming events

·Raise helpdesk calls and liaise with external companies in relation to the learning management system

·Process membership applications, complete renewals and make payments

·Take an active part in team meetings to ensure subjects are addressed.
